iRead is primarily designed to develop the reading ability of English language Pre-Readers.
iRead displays words, digits, numbers or small sentences and waits for the child to say what he reads. When the computer recognizes the matching proposal it gives a positive and encouraging feedback to the child, which naturally reinforces the interest in the activity.
