Career Voyages

I'm going to try this on some of my students and have them report back on their career choices.
Choose a career from a list and see how far you can get.
And with cheesy sound affects!
Once an industry is chosen, you're delivered to job tables and video describing the career opportunities in that field.
The videos are in RealPlayer .rm format and are closed captioned. ( If only it were available offline. )

Start exploring career options - whether you are in high school, have graduated, have a vocational certificate, have a 2-year or 4-year college degree, or have knowledge and skills acquired through training centers, on-the-job training, or work experience. Be in demand by knowing about high growth jobs with better wages and a brighter future.

The promotional materials are good for an interest-gaining pre-task.
